Return to Work Coordination
An early intervention strategy to enable a safe return to work following an injury or illness. An Occupational Therapist will proceed with an initial return to work assessment that will assess return to work barriers, followed by an on-site meeting with the employer and employee to establish a return to work plan. A job specific evaluation will be conducted on-site to ensure the safety of the client and to address any accommodation issues. Bi-weekly follow-up will occur for the duration of the program and will conclude with a discharge visit.

Progressive Goal Attainment Program (PGAP)
PGAP is a standardized 10-week activity mobilization program developed by the University Center for Research on Pain and Disability, tailored to meet the rehabilitation needs of individuals. PGAP is suitable for clients who are suffering from a persistent pain condition, and for whom pain symptoms and psychosocial factors are significant barriers to activity involvement. PGAP differs from traditional pain management programs with its focus on disability reduction as opposed to pain reduction. Our therapists have been trained and are certified in the delivery of this evidence based disability reduction program.
