Workplace Health and Wellness

This wellness service offers employers a solution to the rising costs of treating ill and/or injured workers. These costs are manifested in absenteeism, decreased productivity, workers' compensation, medical claims, and the effects of these conditions on workers' quality of life. The majority of costs are associated with the high incidence of stress and physical injury in the workplace. These conditions can be prevented and treated by addressing occupational factors, working conditions, job dissatisfaction, and the risk status and health behaviors of workers. This service is therefore aimed at providing stressed or injured workers with self-management options and preventing those at risk from experiencing future negative health outcomes.
