Concepts was founded by Nicola MacNaughton in 1999, and now employs
ten full time professionals and work closely with a number of
associates.

Concepts strives to assist individuals to attain maximum occupational
performance in a healthy and safe environment. The company maintains
a philosophy that recognizes the inter-relationship between the
person, occupation and the environment.
Our work
has involved development of a Provincial Workplace Accommodation
Program, has assisted New Brunswick employers in the establishment
of healthy workplace practices and has provided individual assistance
to countless employees to successfully return to work.
